Printing Says 11x17 but its printing 8x11 Hi This is really frustrating I can't seem to figure this one out.. I am printing a 11 x17 drawing from paperspace on a HP laserjet It Previews Fine and the Command bar shows plotting as 11 x17 sothat's good But my printed page comes out 8x11..

In Word, Excel, Acrobat, or any program from which one can print, there is no option for me to select Tabloid/11x17"/A3 paper size. In Excel or Word, I can't even create a document that's 11x17" because the HP Officejet 7612 doesn't recognize/allow that paper size. The paper size choices listed in the dropdown box are dependant on the selected printer. You may need to adjust your printer's setting to "manual feed" or such to expand paper size options. If you have multiple paper trays, make sure the 11x17 tray is selected, etc. (possible your printer doesn't support this size?) HTH For large spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel 2013 supports tabloid-sized pages, so you can print on paper measuring 11 by 17 inches in either landscape or portrait mode.

Paper sizes in Excel are printer-dependent. i.e. If your printer supports them, they will be in the selection. Otherwise, there is no way to "add" more sizes. This will give you the new constant value assigned to that paper size in Excel. I did. it is not a true 11x17 however.
